Job Description
Humedica is looking for a Unix or Linux capable Data Manager to support several methods we employ to collect electronic data from our customers and shepherd it through our data quality and data loading processes.  The appropriate candidate is extremely detail and quality oriented.


Experience & Skills
While the focus of all work will be an analytic, rather than technical perspective on data, useful technical skills and experiences include:

  • Integration of clinical systems
  • Health care claims data management
  • Clinical trials data management
  • Data quality assessments
  • HL7 and X12 message types
  • Scripting experience in any of Perl/PHP/Ruby/Bash/Python
  • SQL 
  • Epic; Cerner; McKesson; Allscripts and/or other EMR systems
  • E-gate, Rhapsody or other Integration Engines
  • Intel SOAE and/or Mirth
  • Oracle Data Integrator of other ETL

 

Qualifications

  • BS in CS/CIS or equivalent data management intensive experience
